    The process was very easy and stress free . Matt was very knowledgeable and easy to work with . We ended up lowering our payment almost 200 dollars and got a better intrest rate.

    There were repeated request for info after being told he had it. Long periods of no communication and I had to call. But he was extremely patient, kind and polite; I did enjoy working with him.
