    Great communication and help when requested. Experience was longer than the normal because of the amount refis happening, but Tom kept us going.

    Bryce was extremely professional and communicated with me about my mortgage. Since it was a VA loan it took a little longer and he was able to explain to me why and give appropriate timeframe.
