Easy to work with helpful and responsive
It was a simple and easy process due to Barta and his team.
The experience was fast and I felt like his whole team was there to help me and answer any questions I had.
We received many emails throughout the process, so we were aware of each step and were informed all along the way.

Dave explained things thoroughly and was easy to understand. He had excellent communication and always told us where in the process we were at and what needed to be done. Dave made the home buying process very easy.
No one was at the closing except myself and the Title Company. I had 5 or 6 loan advisors, none knew or could find the paperwork that the others had done. It seems as though no one followed up on the inspection as the furnace does not work...
