    It was great working with Nick Barta. He was always available for any questions I had. He would even call me to answer questions instead of just emailing back and fourth. Nick was very patient and explained everything to me very well.

    I grew frustrated with some of the process (especially with regards to underwriter requests that weren’t necessary due to seasoned money). But, Nick Smith was good and willing to help me whenever asked.
