Whenever I have a question, they responded promptly and with clarity. I was kept informed on the entire process and I was made aware the stage at twhich the loan is. In additon the time to process the loan was short

He explained everything very well where I I understand everything thata was going to happen and answered all my questions I had.

The process just took a lot longer than we anticipated.
