Everything took way too long and just when we thought we had submitted all paperwork, we were asked for more, several times.

When the decision was made to increase draw from $100k to $150k, the requisite changes were not requested re homeowners insurance. As a result, closing was delayed due to needing to revise insurance policy. Should have been done earlier.
