There were too many people trying to get ahold of us and not enough explanantion on what was happening. Still not even sure where I need to make my payments as that was not explained to us either .

Better communication with clear and concise and complete information, returned calls instead of unanswered messages, had different correspondence with 3 different people who all had differing information
You answered all questions we had during the process. We were new home owners so it was a lot for us but you helped us through the whole process.
