I really liked the e mail updates that let us know where our loan fell on the completion continuum.
I also loved the personal touch we received from Mandy as she educated us about our refi and offered the best package for our situation.
Other than a few problems with esigning things were great. Chuck and his staff were very easy to work with.

The process seemed really slow at times and Chuck didn't update us as frequently as I would have liked but everyone was friendly, connected us with the people we needed, got us a great rate and helped us out of a tough spot.
