I represented the sellers. The buyer's first lending situation fell through and Ariel was able to get them approved. Things were tight since she had only 3 weeks to do the loan, but she did it! All the while the communication was excellent.

Overall the transaction was good, but it seemed like the work order from the appraisal report should have been caught prior to the day before closing -- after seller had moved out and surrendered the keys already, and the repair had to be made...
