Just more consistent communication and updates. There were a few times where the buyers would submit things and never heard that it was accepted or they would send an email with questions and not hear back.

The loan officers were great maybe a little more communication especially when things are moving but i enjoyed working with Ariel and Shelby. Underwriting was repeatedly asking for the same documents. Beside that we valued our experience
