Very easy to work with! His Positive outlook on our individual situation and follow through to make sure we did everything we needed to was on point! He not only talked the talk, but walked the walk!

We were always in communication with Ariel and her team to make progress in the process and if we had any questions. Ariel is the best loan officer we could ask for!

Scott's team made the entire process so easy and straightforward. The whole team was always super responsive and willing to help at every step of the way. We could not say enough good things about Scott and Fairway.

The process of approving a Rehab loan is very stressful and a great deal of communication was necessary to complete required paperwork accurately and within timelines. I appreciated how helpful Fairway was with this process.
