Lender had a great personality, but my experience as a first time home owner was in a stressful.
Marc was easy to communicate with and set expectations well.

My loan got denied and Chris didn't even bother informing me. The listing agent informed me...oh Chris said it's a NO. We texted back and forth getting the process started but when I am asking for my status at the end thinking I am almost done....
