Team Pandian were a great group to work with.Though we did not start with them as our mortgage company. Our realtor transferred our loan to Team Pandian and they came through for us big time!!!!! We closed our loan at our target date.
Very knowlegeable about mortgage process. Took a long time to get approved almost day before closing I knew we were 100% approved. But reassurance was plenty.
Bryan and his team worked very hard to close our loan in a timely manner. We were on a time crunch & they were very efficient in getting our loan completed. Great staff.
