I had a lot of problems with the application and with the shelter in place order it make it difficult to operate any other way.
Just a couple of minor hangups on the ap but it was unbelievably convenient to get documents over to you. Scanning rather than faxing or emailing is super. Very smooth process and no hiccups on processing. Just classifying the scans was a stumble...
