My property had a lot of appreciation accumulated these past 11 years and the loan requested was half the appreciation value. There was no need for an appraiisal.
Her communication and ability to break down and explain all the technical jargon.
Always explained every part of the process so that I clearly understood. Always answered my many questions with patience and I trusted her answers and knowledge greatly.
Responsiveness - answered our questions right away! Also, appreciated the phone calls from the support team.
Karen made the process easy and painless.
The process of stating what would be needed when we first began the process and what would be required during the process as it moved forward made it very easy with no last minute surprises or scrambling around for documentation.
