Allmof my documentation was done thoroughly so that there was no question about what I could buy.
I am a first time home buyer and Karen and her team made this process very easy for me and was willing to answer all my questions.
Karen was always on hand whenever I had a question and was able to answer all of them. She was very friendly and explained in details what the calculations were for the loan if I did a certain amount.
She was insainly helpful. Always willing to answer any questions i had snd Always made sure i fully understood what was going on.
