A lot of the intermediate documents had incomplete or inaccurate information. I know there are lots of different parties involved in the transaction, but “don’t worry, it will be fixed before closing” isn’t the most reassuring thing.

Only that we wish we would have been aware that we would be required to have the water tested and that the IHCDA program required 3 years of taxes oppose to the 2 years that our FHA loan required. Other than that it was a perfect experience!...
