    The communication from Shawn made the process seemless. While our situation isn’t ideal for most lenders Shawn never embarrassed us or made us feel bad about some of our circumstances but instead looked for solutions to truly help us.

    It was a very nice experience. Except for trying to download documents to your site. But I can’t blame First Horizon. I did my best to try to create files to download.
