More communication, less repetitive document request. I had to send in the same documents several times. Although I do understand that officers are bus, calls, text, and emails should be responed to promptly.
Everything. Everyone was Extremely responsive and we were able to accomplish getting our house purchased in Knoxville on a short tome frame without any issues. Will always use Charles and his team for my mortgages and refinances.

The experience was pretty simple. I had hoped for a quicker closing date but other than that it was fine
