Matt went above and beyond !
However, working with the underwriter was terrible . when it got to the point of having to send duplicates I considered just using another bank. Bad experiance with the underwriter.

Many of my friends, evrn even with lower credit score got lower rates, some below 6 and other just above 6, and they didn't submit as many documents as I did.
