Michele Shambough did an excellent job explaining the process to us and walking us through the process. It was done very quickly, which was greatly appreciated!

Amber was always available. When she wasn't, she returned my phone calls promptly. There were no "bumps" in the process that came about because of her. I would certainly be willing to deal with her again should the need arise.
