Krisann was very communicative; and although she required a ton of documentation, the digital portal was fine once i could remember my credentials.
She does a great job from start to finish. If there is a issue, she considers all options and comes to you with choices.
Krisann with her vast experience . This is the second loan she has supervised for me and again did a stellar job.
