Absolutely exceeded all expectations, this was my 5th time closing on a property with a lender and I will 100% not look anywhere else if the need ever arises again. We had a lot of moving parts on this process and it was handled flawlessly.

When most people want to buy a house, they think I need a home loan. I am so satisfied to know that beyond the home loan, that our income and debt management strategy has given you all a new perspective on financial security.
Brett has a ton of great insight. He had helped me lock in a VERY competive rate to refinance my high rate HELOC at a time of rate volatility.

Brett and I talked over several months about the right time to refinance a high rate HELOC. He had great insights and helped me lock in a very competitive rate at a time when there was a lot of rate fluctuation.
