There was great communication and overall smooth process.
Jason was great. The experience at the end the day of closing was not as good but Jason stepped in to help us out which I greatly appreciate.
Jason was courteous, informative and patient throughout the process. We achieved the rate we wanted and met the targeted refinance closing date without a hitch.
