    Was first time home buyers,so had a lot of questions and didn't understand some things but Rob and his associates helped and thoroughly explained everything. Overall experience was much better than I would of ever thought, thanks.

    Very responsive. Worked with us quickly in the late evening to get preapproved so we could put an offer in on a house. Kept me informed and it was an overall great, speedy experience.

    It seemed that they were rolling out a new system and there were some tech errors. This was not necessarily Rob's fault, but it did cause some issues at closing. Getting on top of the technology before it rolls out and is used on customers...
