Mike was very responsive from the very first call. He worked diligently to provide the preapproval letter outside of regular office hours. He is thorough and detailed.

was wonderful every step of the way, but the underwriting requirements seemed over the top and ridiculous at times.

Although this transaction was long and seemingly taxing at times, I feel like Kaleb came to the table with resolute actions for the things that were in his control. Thanks again Kaleb!
