Gen was able to close our Conventional loan ON A CONDO in 14 days. That is the fastest to date of any of my conventional loans. As the market is becoming more competitive with multiple offers, it will become essential to offer a value proposition...

Fast closing.

Gen is amazing to work with, this was the smoothest transaction I’ve done because Gen was so great at her job. We went into contract on a Sunday and closed 8days later with a conventional loan.

We communicated multiple times that the numbers were wrong. This resulted in us finding out days before closing that our monthly payments were a lot more than we expected. We also communicated multiple times that we did not want any money back...

Very fast process. Was able to close faster than anyone expected

Steve was fantastic! He was quick and efficient while also being willing to take time out of his day to explain and answer any questions we had! I don’t think our first home buying experience would have been the same had we gone through someone...

Responses were timingly and Ryan and Robyn worked with us frequently after hours and on short notice timelines, which is amazing in this type of market.
