Process was a bit confusing . Could use more explanation for first time buyers . site for process can be easier to use . better communication

Everything would switch to a 10/10 if there were no delays. Hearing the closing date push back further and further was frustrating to live with. I would rather just hear what step their on and not when the closing date might be, only for it...

Nothing against perry. Underwriting finding issues a few days before close multiple times causing closing dates to be delayed was extremely frustrating.
