I began my search for a loan officer by looking on a grant program website. She came up in the top few so I sent her and a few other lenders an e-mail. She responded very quickly answering every question I had and didn't even bring up the loan...

Joe was patient, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire loan process. Securing financing for a home purchase is an overwhelming process, but Joe made it as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Working with Tony and his team was an absolute honor. It was a pleasure getting to know him and his team. They did an amazing job from the initial conversation to the closing. They make you feel like family and take care of you through out...

Joe and Audrey are very experienced and had answers to all my questions and concerns as a first time homey with less than desirable credit. They were able to help me get to the point of being a home owner and I am super grateful.

The main thing is that we weren't happy with having to add Marc to the loan. We did everything required to avoid that and we still had to add him to the loan. That is an issue is that it will affect his future DTI with him being on the loan....

Communicate better. Offer more options to your customers. Be creative.
