Clearer communication throughout entire process, both internally and externally. Respond to emails/texts/phone calls. Understand loan rules/regulations more thoroughly to avoid promising a loan structure that was not actually available.
Tom worked with me through a difficult process with the VA and kept in constant contact with me about the process.
