Liesel communicated with me consistently and was extremely supportive and understanding. Liesel completed my loan quickly and was very dedicated to my needs and explained any question at all hours. I won’t do a loan without her

Mack was excellent! He sent friendly remainders by text if any item was due. He also caught an error made by my insurance company, and helped us get it figured out in time for closing. Also, instructions of what items to submit at any step...
