My reason is that I prefer sitting face to face with someone. I did not care for all the emails from multiple people and phone calls. I will add that Bill Roland always returned my calls promptly.

I've never had such good communication from a lender. He was able to also provide information on housing, the market, other opportunities, and even some general home ownership knowledge. Very happy with my experience.
