David and the whole staff around him have been very professional, prompt and thorough. The entire experience has honestly been easier than I could have ever hoped.
Frank stepped in and quickly gave me an honest quote after being misled by another lender. I appreciated his willingness to be my second opinion and because he was so honest and quick to reply, I decided I'd rather do business with him.
David went out of his way to fully explain everything, fully answering each and every question. Additionally, he was super responsive in getting back in touch if he missed a call. Very professional.
