The customer service area is unprofessional, we felt lonely in our process to buy the house, the responses were poor, incomplete and evasive.
James and his team are hands down the best. They were able to work out our complicated loan and communicated with us through out the whole process. I honestly don't believe anyone else could have got our loan approved and closed any quicker....
