Very helpful and knowledgeable.
A few things like the money transfer situation and bringing a cashiers check caused some frustrations. But we’re easy fixes.
Jim layed out a plan for our first home buying experience. He guided us and explained whatever we did not understand. In the end, we ended up with the greatest rate and mortgage payment!
