There were some hiccups to the process along the way, but Ben was very responsive and went the extra mile to provide the most favorable outcome.
Ben was amazing. He was able to get me locked in at the rate I wanted and handled the paperwork efficiently. He was very professional and still made me feel like an important client.
I greatly appreciated how fast David got back to me when I emailed or texted him questions. Great customer service which made this experience so much better.
