David was great to work with. Answered all my questions and communicated when necessary.

The documentation required for underwriting made things a little cumbersome, but that's not a reflection of G. He did a great job in trying to diffuse it and offering suggestions and alternatives.

David Prince and his team make everything easy. They were great to work with and will be using them for all future mortgage needs.

David and his team did a great job of always being on top of my file and giving the best advice especially during a time of increasing rates and lots of uncertainty. Greatly appreciate all that you guys did to help!

Marty and his team worked endlessly to take care of us and always answered our questions, explaining them well. We are grateful to have included them in our first time home buying process!
