Very informed on all topics I had questions about. I was kept up to date. His demeanor and friendliness is appealing and seem like he cared about me getting the best rates etc. Provided a good sense of urgency as deadlines approached.

Very difficult environment and Ladson gets things done. Excellent job

They worked hard to get our finances in order in a timely manner

David was incredibly responsive... and always acted in my best interest. I feel like he went "above & beyond" when it came to locking in a great interest rate for my loan, and even working to extend the rate lock when the closing was delayed....
