Great communication and follow up.

Ladson was extremely nice, helpful, and prompt. I will use Ladson for any future mortgage needs or questions and will recommend him to anyone that is interested in mortgage needs.

He was very helpful in answering all the questions we had. He also walked us through each step since it was our first time buying a home.

Chris was knowledgeable and on top when things needed to get done. Even though we threw him a curve ball the day before closing. He was still able to get everything in order on time.

Marty is always very responsive and does everything he can to keep the process moving forward even when challenges arise. Marty is honest and always willing to explain everything.

Very attentive and on top of things.
