Hi,! Overall, they made a stressful experience as easy as possible. There were a couple of little things like last minute on a Friday afternoon that was needed in that cost me a little bit of stress. But overall I was very pleased.

The back and forth was very frustrating. I've purchased two other homes, and the paperwork was far more streamlined. I was also frustrated by the delay in processing. It came down to the wire and almost caused us to push our closing date.
