It would be helpful to have one person as the contact. At times it was confusing to have requests from multiple individuals without an understanding of each team member's role.

The process was easy, except that I had to explain several times about the 1099 form, they seemed not to be familiar with said form.

The only issue i had was on the closing day the untold fees i had to pay luckily I was expecting such things because my friend told me about this might happen
