Tina was very communicative and rapid in her responses and was very helpful and clarified any questions I had and made a very complex process much easier to go through.

Very thorough. Made process easy for me by requesting information with list and guidance. Everyone was pleasant and timely.

Any communication. 10 people talked to me and everyone had a reason to be out. Really NFM needs to start letting people go who are in responsive. I had to even remind the "team" that nothing had been requested document wise and we had 4 days...
