The process was smooth and straightforward. only comment I would make was there were repeative repetitive request sometimes where myself or my wife had already answered the questions.

The rate I got is not market competitive, but I still have to go with NFM due to mandate by the builder for additional incentives. The friend who took identical loan, identical property, same day, similar credit scores, got a lower rate......

You did exactly what you said you would do. No "bad" surprises at closong. You got us a low monthly payment with a low interest rate. Everyone was super friendly.

everything was fine but trying to get a hold of anyone to ask a question during my process was like pulling hair.
