Coordination with other parties of the closing in signing the documents. At one point I began to get suspicious of fraud.
I was the buyer's agent. I never received any communication from Family First throughout the course of the transaction. Closing was 10 days after the scheduled date due to appraisal not being scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
