I felt like the experience was personal and I appreciate Amber and the team making themselves available and answering questions during the process in a timely manner.
Knowing that Patrick was watching over me like a guardian angel facilitated the loan application all the way to closure.
A bit of chocolate also helped.
The financing of our house was easier and less stressful with Patrick. He is competent, friendly and punctual. It was especially helpful that Patrick was willing to do late afternoon appointments to work with our schedules.
