It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.
The documents from the escrow co didn’t arrive til 6am. We had read through them the night before but couldn’t sign. They also sent the check to the wrong insurance company.
Very easy and responsive!
My only suggestion would be to send the link to the secure document system a bit sooner - I was so excited that I sent secure information by email
