Patience, kindness and trying to lower the interest rate
Brandon was proactive in keeping me the loop with the loan process for the buyer. He also communicated with the sellers to keep the updated on what was happening as we were closing. Brandon was very professional and helpful!

Scott and Heather were AMAZING. We had a horrible experience with my previous lender. They stepped up and did things I didn't think could be possible.
Brandon was great at being available and answering all of my questions and I loved the fact that I never had to speak to a recording on the phone.
