When I had concerns they where addressed right away.

The refi got done but surprise changes was unwelcome and the $675 appraisal was blatantly inaccurate. (reported my 4bed/3bath as a 3/2)

Jeff had a difficult client to work with as he is retired but still has income come in and had to get a lot of information and paperwork from the client. He got it done And closed.
