I wasn't sold anything I didn't need, I was told the entire process, and the embrace interface for checking status of documents, and the document area itself - this was very well organized and we were able to close fast. i appreciate that!

Communication was terrible. I understand that estimates are estimates, but numbers changing 30 minutes before closing was very stressful. Also embrace as a team seemed to not communicate with each other, which made it confusing what I needed...
