Scott found us a zero fee. Him and his staff worked hard and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we settled on time despite some challenges that arose (at no fault of CMC).

Scott did a great job in laying out the process and has helped us with many transactions over the pass 10 years. He always responds to our requests fast and always gets the best rates .We found him to be very honest and gives us a fair price....

Scott Phillips made the loan process easy and manageable. He clearly communicated every step, and let me know what papers I needed to provide. He helped lock in an interest rate as soon as I was ready. I would use Scott again for my next home...

When I give a rating, it is not only based on the good things, but also how were the problems handled. Nothing goes perfectly and we had some bumps in the road and I can honestly say this mortgage broker handled the bumps very well and efficiently....

Jason and Stacey made the process go so smooth. I highly recommend Embrace Home Loans. Very professional and helpful.
